Navid Mohammadzadeh to go blind in ‘Night, Interior, Wall’

Navid Mohammadzadeh is to portray a blind man in 'Night, Interior, Wall’.

Multiple award-winning actor Navid Mohammadzadeh has been cast to appear in a new film production titled ‘Night, Interior, Wall’, portraying a blind man.

Reports say that playing the role of a blind person will be a new challenge for Mohammadzadeh – probably a turning point in his acting career.

‘Night, Interior, Wall’ is a love story about how the peaceful world of a blind man named Ali is affected by the ill-timed entry of a woman to his life.

Mohammadzadeh, the star of Jalilvand brothers’ acclaimed drama ‘No Date, No Signature’, will join ‘Night, Interior, Wall’ to make his second cinematic collaboration with Vahid Jalilvand.

Produced by Ali Jalilvand, ‘Night, Interior, Wall’ is currently at pre-production stage; and the shooting will kick off right after the crew observe the health protocols for film projects during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mohammadzadeh is the winner of the Orizzonti Award for Best Actor for his role in ‘No Date, No Signature’ at the 74th Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy in 2017.

‘No Date, No Signature’ also brought Vahid Jalilvand the best director award at the festival.
